SUNNY SPLASH BOOK MARK CARD
Let's celebrate our patriotic holiday with a throw back to a simpler time. July 4th takes us outside to enjoy sunshine, family and friends. It's time to slow down and relax with a good book by the pool or beach. This card has a tag for a book mark (or you could put a gift card on it). It's a card with a gift for a reader or book lover who will think of you each time they use it!
The stamp set "Sunny Splash" is sure to be a favorite! Used here with Real Red and Balmy Blue you get the fresh updated look that actually goes back to the 50's. But, this stamp set would look great in black and white, black, white and yellow, pink and green.....on and on. The stamps for both sets are deeply etched rubber and they stamp beautifully. Very clean.
All the instructions are below. Stamp/die sets used are Sunny Splash, Ranunculus Romance and Tailor Made Tags.

Instructions
Stamp as directed in cutting section
Stamp on extra white cardstock 4 swimsuits and Hello Sunshine and fussy cut with scissors.
On Balmy Blue ink postage stamp and stamp off on another paper then stamp lightly spacing evenly.
Stamp some images 1/2 off balmy blue to get the idea of a repeated pattern. Distress all edges of white
images (except bathing suits ) by lightly inking dauber and blotting. Start by swirling off the edge and
moving onto the edge of the paper. Practice on spare cardstock if desired. Assemble the card as shown
photo using dimensionals to pop up the white ledger sheet paper to make a space for the tag to slide in
the "Make a Splash". Tag is assembles as the photo. Attach inside insert and stamp ledger sheet stamp
and stamp of your choice. Cut approximately 5 inches ribbon, Fold in half, insert fold from front to
back. Loop fold over two ends and pull tight. Caution: Be sure to really glue white bottom edge of
tag or you will struggle getting it to slide in easily.
